What partners agree to
- Reward coupons: accept PicBites reward coupons on pickup orders. The discount comes off your payout. Coupons can be used with any partner, so you may rarely get one.
- Payments: customers pay through PicBites. You receive 100% of the item price, minus card processing, the pickup fee, and any coupon you honor.
- Hold harmless and release: you release, hold harmless and defend PicBites, PicBites, LLC, and its owners, subsidiaries and affiliates from any claim, loss or liability connected to your listing, ads, orders, food, products, customers, or use of PicBites, including any claim you may have against PicBites, to the fullest extent the law allows.
- Food safety: you are responsible for what you prepare and sell.
- Ad content: you own your videos and photos, and nothing misleading.
- Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Insurance you'll upload at sign-up
All policies must list PicBites, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates as additional insured.
